The team that achieved 3.62x returns on its last fund will leverage 1:1 matching funds to support market-ready, Israeli AI HealthTech companies scaling their activities in the US. They will benefit from a PILOT deployment program at Baptist South Florida and a network of 8 prominent US hospitals. 

First close ($30M) will enable 12 investments, with follow-ons of up to $7M at discounted terms.
